The mission of our new non-profit organization, The Center for Processed Free Living, is to provide nutrition education and healthy lifestyle support to children in an effort to eliminate the ever-increasing rate of childhood obesity.
We are in the groundbreaking stages of implementing an award winning nutrition curriculum with Boys and Girls Clubs, Community Action Agencies, and elementary schools to educate children about the relationship between food choices and disease prevention through dynamic multi-sensory lessons.
We need to bring our nutrition education programs to schools and other child-centered organizations throughout the United States. Your tax-deductible contribution will help to initiate programs, train Food Educators, and create supportive community networks which promote healthy eating.
All donations are tax-deductible in accordance with current tax law. With your kind donation, we’ll send a special thank you and a receipt for your taxes. Your most generous contribution will help make a lasting difference in many lives…even yours!
$35 to $100 is our Contributor Level and contributes to the cost of the healthy produce and spices for one class. To help fight obesity in America, we appreciate every donation no matter how small.
$250 or more is our Benefactor Level and helps us train more Food Educators (teachers of Food is Elementary program). Costs to train a volunteer to be a Food Educator is $250. As a Benefactor, with every $250 donation or more, as a thank you, you’ll receive a signed copy of Dee’s Mighty Cookbook: Tasty Cuisine for Flourless and Sugarless Living.
All donations are tax-deductible as permitted by law. The Center is an Arizona not-for-profit and operating as a 501(c)(3) under the umbrella of Interfaith Unity Church in Mesa, Arizona while pursuing it's own independent status with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
